ACP Asset Management, as part of a consortium, recently invested into Ambeon Capital Plc.

ACP Asset Management sees this as a long-term and strategic investment.  As a part of the investment, Mr. Savanth Sebastian was appointed as an independent director on Ambeon Capital’s respective Boards.

Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ambeon Holdings, Ambeon Capital also has interests in various other sectors including porcelain, footwear, and textiles.
