Ambeon Capital PLC
ACP Asset Management, as part of a consortium, recently invested into Ambeon Capital Plc.
ACP Asset Management sees this as a long-term and strategic investment. As a part of the investment, Mr. Savanth Sebastian was appointed as an independent director on Ambeon Capital’s respective Boards.
Ambeon Capital PLC, which has been active in sectors such as financial services, technology, and real estate, recently enhanced its technological capabilities by acquiring Millennium I.T.E.S.P. (Private) Limited, a leading provider of IT solutions in Sri Lanka which collaborates with top global technology providers like Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM, strengthening their offerings in core infrastructure, business applications, and cloud integration. This acquisition aligns with Ambeon’s strategy to drive strong global growth and transform the conglomerate into a more sustainable, future-oriented entity.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ambeon Holdings, Ambeon Capital also has interests in various other sectors including porcelain, footwear, and textiles.
ACP's institutional relationships are built around informed dialogue, long term alignment and direct access to the people responsible for the investment platform.
